Power Up the Savings
The WJB PowerSaver loan allows homeowners to make energy-efficient improvements to their primary residences. Approved updates include:
- Installing solar panels
- Installing/updating insulation
- New doors and windows
- Installing/updating HVAC
- Purchasing energy-efficient appliances
You can also make other improvements at the same time that may not be energy related, such as remodeling your bathroom or installing new carpet, for up to 25% of the total loan amount! Even better, you may qualify for additional rebates through state and federal energy-efficiency programs, which you can put toward even more improvements or even use to pay down your loan with no prepayment penalties!
